Insights ADVISE is divided into following main elements:
- Administrator Dashboard provides you to manage your subscription, your branding and the seats included in your subscription (see What are the different types of users and roles in Insights ADVISE?).
- Advisor Dashboard provides you with all the controls required to promote the tool in order to create new leads, follow-up and access their profiles (see What are the different types of users and roles in Insights ADVISE?).
- Customer Online Experience is the way your new leads and existing clients access the Insights ADVISE. This part contains a personalized web page with your contact details and access to the online assessment experience your customers go through to build their personal behavioral profile.
- Report is generated once your customer has completed the online assessment experience. Insights ADVISE produces two reports 1) an Advisor report for you, assisting you to engage with the given customer; 2) a customer friendly limited information report encouraging the customers to interact with you.
